David Kennedy – Life in Aegina
Everything is about energy. People, places, things, houses, sculptures. You have to see the energy around you, to read it every time. It’s a whole new world in front of you. Something you feel with all your senses, something much more than meets the eye. David is an 82 years sculptor. A close friend of Kapralos, for the last 40 years he lives in Sfedouri, an isolated village of Aegina. Many people believe that he is one of the most interesting Greek artists of our days. From the first time you meet him you can feel this great energy flowing from him and his work. Sculptures, kitchen tools, even his house, a whole universe made by his hands I visited many times him and his wife Maya, who is a great cook, at this magic castle of theirs, and I dedicate this portrait video and photos to him and his life as an artist, as well as a human being. His life could be a lesson for all of us.
Το Άλμπουμ του Γάμου της Άλκηστις & του Άγγελου
Λατρεύω τα ζευγάρια ιδιαίτερα όταν περνάμε καλά την ημέρα του Γάμου τους. Ανθουσιάζομαι κάθε φορά που τους προσφέρω όμορφες εικόνες και θέλω να παραδίδω ένα φωτογραφικό ενθύμιο που νιώθω πως πραγματικά αποτελεί έργο τέχνης, όπως αυτό το άλμπουμ. Ο Γάμος της Άλκηστης και του Άγγελου πραγματοποιήθηκε στο νησί της Αίγινας, πολύ κοντά από το κέντρο της Αθήνας. Η τελετή πραγματοποιήθηκε στο ξωκλήσσι του Αγίου Θωμά και η δεξίωση στο ξενοδοχείο Moody Bay. Επιλέξαμε μαζί τις φωτογραφίες. Ακολουθεί το άλμπουμ του Γάμου και ένα μικρό βίντεο από τη φωτογράφιση.

Για την Επεξεργασία των Φωτογραφιών του Γάμου σας
Ένα μέρος της εργασίας του επαγγελματία φωτογράφου είναι άμεσα ορατό. Είναι ο χρόνος που αφιερώνει την ημέρα του Γάμου, το ταλέντο, οι γνώσεις και ο εξοπλισμός που χρησιμοποιεί. Υπάρχει άλλο ένα μεγάλο μέρος όμως που δεν είναι ορατό! Η εργασία του δεν σταματάει στις 6 με 9 ώρες που καλύπτει την ημέρα του Γάμου εάν θέλει να παραδώσει εικόνες υψηλής ποιότητας. Το στάδιο που ακολουθεί είναι εξίσου σημαντικό και απαιτεί τον ίδιο επαγγελματισμό, γνώσεις, εξοπλισμό και πολύ περισσότερο χρόνο και λέγεται επεξεργασία. Οι καλύτερες εικόνες επιλέγονται και επεξεργάζονται επιμελώς με διόρθωση χρωμάτων, contrast κ.α. ώστε να είναι έτοιμες για εκτύπωση. Δεν παραλαμβάνετε φωτογραφίες που βγαίνουν κατευθείαν απο την κάμερα! Μια φωτογράφιση 6 ωρών απαιτεί 3 ημέρες επεξεργασία και προετοιμασία των φωτογραφιών μέχρι να ανέβουν στο web gallery ή να τυπωθεί το βιβλίο δειγμάτων. About Your Wedding Photos Editing
A small part of the Professional’s Wedding Photographer work is visible. This is his time, his talent, his knowledge and the equipment that he use on your wedding day. There is another bigger part that is not visible! Our work doesn’t stop at the 6-9 hours shooting of a wedding day because we want to produce high level images. The next state of art and professionalism right after your wedding, is image the process.. What I mean process? The best of your photos going to be selected and edited like color correction and contrast and get ready to print. They are not photos straight out of the camera files. A 6 hours wedding session needs about 3 days editing of the photos to get ready for upload to your web gallery or to print your proof book. Here is a video I made to show you the before-after result of some image process.
Βαγγέλης & Σοφία Γάμος στην Αίγινα
Ο Γάμος του Βαγγέλη και της Σοφίας πραγματοποιήθηκε στην Κυψέλη της Αίγινας. Ήταν μια ημέρα γεμάτη κέφι και χαμόγελο και από τα παιδιά αλλά και τους καλεσμένους του γάμου. Ετσι μου δώθηκε η δυνατότητα να τους χαρίσω πολλές αυθόρμητες φωτογραφίες καθ όλη τη διάρκεια της ημέρας. Αμέσως ακολούθησε η φωτογράφιση στην περιοχή των Αγίων κοντά στο ξενοδοχείο Ίριδες. The Wedding of Vagelis and Sophia took place in Kypseli of Aegina. It was a day full of fun and happiness from the couple and the quests of the wedding. Aegina Fistiki Fest 2011 – Photo & Video production of Guinness World Record
For three years in a row, Aegina Fistiki Fest happens and presents many event series . Exhibitions, theatrical performances, gastronomy and commercial taking place for four days on Aegina Island. All full of pistachio flavor! For 2011 festival, I was booked to produce the photo and video coverage of Fistiki Festival for the promotion to Greek and Worldwide news agencies and the Guinness World Record needs for identification of the biggest pasteli of the world. The 40 meter pasteli produced and many hours of photography and video coverage and editing was needed until we deliver all the material to the Municipality of Aegina and Fistiki Festival Committee. This is the first official promotion material collected by Municipality of Aegina for the promotion of Aegina Island and the events that taking place. Spot για το Φεστιβαλ Φιστικιού Αίγινα 2011
To spot δημιουργήθηκε κατά παραγγελία της Επιτροπής του Φεστιβάλ και της Προέδρου κας Ελένης Κυπραίου για να καλύψει τις ανάγκες προβολής του Φεστιβάλ. Είναι πρώτη φορά που δημιουργείται κάτι τέτοιο από την οργανωτική επιτροπή. Οι επιλογές των τοποθεσιών που προβάλλει, η σκηνοθεσία, τα πλάνα και η μουσική, έγιναν από την πρόεδρο του φεστιβαλ Κα Κυπραίου.
