All Day Wedding Party in Aegina Island!
Every wedding is different, unique and special, it sounds trivial but its true. The wedding and how its designed, is nothing else but a reflection of every couple through their interests, preferences, common tastes (hopefully!) and desires. All the above are expressed in every little detail of the wedding day. The expression comes through decoration, clothes, jewelry, couple’s mood during the ceremony, and at the reception, the music, the food and interaction with the guests. Through all these details the couple actually sharing its view and taste of the day and their common life with their beloved ones. Looking back on my experience as a wedding photographer I am wondering what makes the big difference in every wedding. The answer is very simple… The uniqueness comes from the uniqueness of every couple and their character, whatever that is. The advice is to not be afraid to express your unique taste and make a wedding in a way you like and have dreamed of. The vendors suggestions are always good and you should hear their experience but not in a way that it will destroy your uniqueness.
The wedding in Aegina and the wedding Party at Villa Saliarelis
As an example of the above I decided to publish the photos from this wedding in Aegina. Actually was a wedding party from start to end of the day. Just like the couple wanted to be and had dreamed of! The party began in the morning of the wedding day at Mistral Hotel where bride and groom preparation talking place. When I arrive for the preparation I found all guests having fun, dancing and drinking and diving in the hotel’s pool! After the preparations we moved for the ceremony to Agioi Apostoloi seaside chapel. Right after the end of the weeding, still having the daylight in our possession and the background full of the blue of sea and sky. At the same time the guests were moving to Villa Saliareli estate, some meters away from the chapel. After some minutes the couple arrived at the estate and in the ball room and the wedding party started again and continued with traditional greek dances, a lot of raki, Cretan dances and partying till the first morning hours. Here are my favorite photos.
