“Να κάνω γυρίσματα για την νέα μου ταινία σε ελληνικό νησί είναι ένα όνειρο που γίνεται πραγματικότητα”, δηλώνει ο σκηνοθέτης της ταινίας “Το Ταξίδι”, Lance Nielsen. H ταινία περιγράφει την εμπειρία του πρωταγωνιστή που χάνει έναν αγαπημένο φίλο και αποφασίζει να επισκευθεί ένα ελληνικό νησί. Το μεγαλύτερο μέρος των γυρισμάτων της ταινίας πραγματοποιήθηκε στην Αίγινα. Η φωτογράφιση των γυρισμάτων και τα πορτραίτα του σκηνοθέτη και των υπολοίπων που θα συμμετέχουν στην ταινία (Πασχάλης Μελισάρης, Στέλα Πάσχα, Νένα Τρικοπούλου) δημοσιεύθηκαν στην Εφημερίδα Πρώτο Θέμα την 01 Ιουνίου του 2013.
