Ένα Πορτραίτο για την Ελληνική Κρητική Λύρα
Κάθε Φωτογραφία είναι ένα ντοκουμέντο. Μια αποτύπωση ενός προσώπου και της ιστορίας που κρύβει από πίσω. Αυτό είναι που κάνει την φωτογραφία ενδιαφέρουσα η όχι. Θεωρώ τους καλλιτέχνες αρκετά ενδιαφέρουσες προσωπικότητες. Δίνουν τη ζωή τους για την τέχνη τους και πολλές φορές ζουν μέσα από αυτην. Οι μουσικοί είναι μια ξεχωριστή κατηγορία. Δεν είναι σαν τους ηθοποιούς που μπορούν να στηθούν πιο άνετα και να βοηθήσουν να δημιουργηθεί μια δυνατη φωτογραφία. Προσπαθείς να φέρεις σε αρμονία τον εαυτό τους σε σχέση με το όργανο ως προέκτασή τους. Φωτογράφισα αυτό το πορτραίτο με αφορμή την εμμονή της Μαρδικούλας Λουρεντζου στην Κρητική μουσική. Προσπάθησα να είναι λιτό και συμμετρικά ενδιαφέρον. Η Κρητική λύρα έχει αρκετά όμορφο σχήμα και ήχο. Η φωτογράφιση πραγματοποιήθηκε στο στουντιό μου με αφορμή την συνέντευξή της στο AeginaNews.
